Does this sound familiar?

There's a gap between information and implementation.

"

Every time I try to connect, it's like I push them further away.

"

I don't know if they're ready for life. And I don't know how to tell.

"

I read the books. I understand the theory. But at home, I keep repeating the same patterns.

What changes

In 90 days, create a stable foundation for a flourishing relationship with your teen.

This isn't about becoming a perfect parent. It's about being grounded enough that your teen has somewhere solid to stand—both in your presence and within themselves. The work starts with you, and the relationship changes from there.

By the end of your Pathway, you will:

  • Recognize what activates you, and repair ruptures before they create lasting distance
  • Have weekly conversations your teen genuinely participates in
  • Understand exactly what's happening developmentally during adolescence
  • Create a culture of security in your home, not just moments of connection
  • Equip your teen with inner resilience they carry into adulthood
  • Trust yourself to bounce back when things go sideways
How it works

Three phases. One transformative journey.

Each phase builds on the last. You don't rush to strategies before the foundation is solid.

1
Weeks 1 to 4

The Inside Out Audit

The work starts with you. Before you can shift the relationship, you need to understand what you bring into it, from your own adolescence, your patterns, and how you respond under pressure. Make sense of your own experiences of security and insecurity as a teenager.

  • Reflect on your origin story and how it shows up today
  • Build your personal response cycle for high-tension moments
2
Weeks 5 to 8

The Identity Base Builder

Now you learn to see your teen clearly. Adolescence is a period of intense internal change, and most parents are working from an outdated map. This phase gives you the right one.

  • Understand the dual identity shift happening in your teen right now
  • Learn exactly what adolescence requires and how to meet those needs
  • Create a culture of security your teen can rely on at home, in you and in the home
3
Weeks 9 to 12

The Teen Autonomy Blueprint

The goal was never to keep them close forever. It was to give them what they need to move forward securely. This phase empowers your teen to trust themselves in a way that strengthens, not severs, your relationship.

  • Become the guide on the side, not the authority above
  • Model emotional regulation so your teen learns by watching
  • Equip them with inner resilience they can trust
  • Transfer decision-making in a way that builds their confidence
Is this for you?

This Pathway is built for a specific parent.

Not every program fits every family. Here's how to know if this is the right fit.

✓ This is for you if

  • You're an entrepreneurial or professionally driven parent of a teenager
  • You've read the books, attended the talks, and still feel stuck at home
  • Your family background is multicultural or globally mobile
  • You want the relationship to deepen, not just survive the teen years
  • You're willing to look at your own patterns first, before focusing on your teen
  • You want a personalised approach, not a generic parenting framework

× This is not a fit if

  • You're looking for quick techniques to change your teen's behaviour overnight
  • You're in an active family crisis that requires clinical or therapeutic intervention
  • You're not ready to reflect on your own upbringing and patterns
  • You want a group program rather than private, 1:1 coaching
  • You're hoping the work stays abstract and never gets personal
Rooted in research

This work is built on 20+ years of real experience.

Marcus' Background

An educator, coach, and global practitioner with over two decades of experience working with families across South Korea, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, and beyond. Marcus brings cultural competency, developmental expertise, and a deep understanding of the modern parent's world.

Research Foundation

This approach draws from attachment theory (Bowlby, Ainsworth) and contemporary neuroscience showing that a parent's regulated nervous system directly shapes their teen's developing brain. Security is not a parenting technique—it's a relational environment you create.

Questions

Good questions deserve honest answers.

Because security emerges when it is witnessed. Decades of attachment research—from Bowlby and Ainsworth through modern neuroscience—consistently shows that a parent's own sense of security shapes the relational environment their teenager grows up in. A regulated parent creates a regulated home. You can't transmit what you haven't developed. The Pathway helps you build the internal regulation and self-awareness that naturally changes the dynamic between you and your teen. The shift in your teen follows from the shift in you.

It's not too late. Adolescence runs well into the early twenties for most people, and the relational patterns you build now will shape your long-term relationship with your adult child. Parents with teens at every stage of adolescence have found the Pathway relevant. The work is timeless, not age-specific.

The Pathway is designed for busy, driven parents. You'll have one 60-minute session per week, plus a small amount of reflection and practice between sessions. Most parents find this fits into their existing schedule without major disruption. The depth comes from the quality of engagement, not the volume of hours.

Therapy explores the past to understand and heal. Coaching builds forward momentum using what you understand about the past. The Pathway draws on attachment science and developmental research, but it's not a clinical service. If you're navigating a mental health crisis in your family, therapy should come first. This Pathway works well alongside therapy, or after you've done some foundational therapeutic work.

The ParentWise First Steps is a free, 5-day 1:1 challenge that introduces you to the core approach of the Pathway. You'll begin where you have the greatest influence — your own patterns and responses. It's the right starting point before deciding whether the full 90-day Pathway is the right fit for your family.

Yes. Instalment options are available. You'll discuss the full investment and payment structure during your discovery conversation. The priority is getting the right parents into the right program, and we work to make that practical.
